Andrew Choate, followed by Polyorchard

The Dec. 22 program will feature former Columbian Andrew Choate, followed by Polyorchard. Doors open at 8 pm, music starts st 8:30, $10 admission Choate, who now lives in Los Angeles, is a poet as well as a visual and sound artist. His visual and spoken-word performances can seem both choreographed and stream-of-conscious. He focuses on the large and the small mysteries of life and the ways people -- him, at least -- try to inhabit a world shaped by others.…
