2026–2027 Stormwater Collaborative Residency
Welcome to the new artists-in-residence for the University of South Carolina School of Visual Art and Design’s 2026–2027 Stormwater Collaborative Residency. This annual residency runs from September 2026 through April 2027 and provides students with the opportunity to share a studio space for one academic year while developing their artistic practices in collaboration with one another.
The Stormwater Collaborative Residency emphasizes experimentation, professional development, and collective creativity. Through working alongside peers, faculty, and resident artists, participants expand their practices, build professional networks, and gain valuable experience beyond the classroom. The residency will culminate in a collaborative exhibition at Stormwater Studios in March 2027.
