This exhibition will be on view at Stormwater Studios from Wednesday, October 22, to Sunday, November 2. The gallery will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with extended hours on Sunday, October 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Vision: The Journey Never Ends invites you on a brief but profound journey—one that stirs the mind, touches the body, and awakens the soul.
Beyond the act of imagination extending into the spiritual, no two visions are the same. For many, a vision is the experience of seeing something others may not. There are countless ways to embark on a visual journey or experience a vision. Some visions carry symbolic meanings—deep layers of insight that may require interpretation to fully grasp their significance.
The images in this collection of paintings offer clues that connect the viewer with their own life experiences. Symbols found within these visions can be deeply personal while also holding universal meaning. An introspective view can unlock these meanings, allowing the viewer to find enjoyment and resonance in the visual story.
Some visions may have spiritual or religious connections. Spiritual visions can be life-changing or healing—providing comfort, reassurance, and hope in times of uncertainty. They may challenge existing beliefs or behaviors, guiding us toward a higher understanding or a more enlightened state of being. These experiences can be intense and thought-provoking, inspiring transformation and personal growth.
A powerful example of a spiritual vision is found in the biblical Book of Revelation—a prophecy-filled narrative that continues to inspire reflection and dialogue.
