Stormwater Studios invites artists to propose exhibitions for our 2026 and 2027 gallery seasons. We are seeking thoughtful, compelling bodies of work that engage viewers and make creative use of a flexible, artist-centered space.

Located in the Congaree Vista District, our gallery is designed to adapt to your vision. With adjustable lighting, a reconfigurable wall system, and seamless indoor–outdoor elements, exhibitions at Stormwater can unfold in unexpected and dynamic ways. Whether your work is immersive, experimental, or quietly contemplative, the space is built to support bold ideas and meaningful presentation.

Applications for 2026 are now open, with proposals for 2027 also being accepted.

Volunteer with the Gallery & Events

Help bring our exhibitions, artist talks, and community celebrations to life! Gallery and event volunteers support Stormwater as gallery attendants, greeters, and event helpers during exhibitions and signature events like Art Day during Artista Vista and Vista Lights.

Prefer working outdoors? Join us in caring for Stormwater Studios’ native plant and pollinator garden! Volunteers work alongside garden designer Karen Murphy Rhu, helping plant, water, and maintain the garden while learning about native species and their essential role in supporting pollinators and our local ecosystem.
