Ways to Participate at Stormwater Studios

Volunteer at Stormwater Studios!
Stormwater Studios is powered by the artists, volunteers, neighbors, and supporters who believe in the power of creativity and community. Whether you’re passionate about the arts, the environment, or connecting with others, there are many ways to make a meaningful impact.
Volunteer with the Gallery & Events
Help create memorable experiences for visitors, artists, and the community. Gallery and event volunteers play an important role in supporting exhibitions, artist talks, receptions, and signature events such as Art Day during Artista Vista and Vista Lights. Opportunities include serving as gallery attendants, welcoming guests, assisting with event setup and logistics, and helping to foster a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
If you enjoy engaging with people, supporting local artists, and being part of Columbia’s creative community, we invite you to join us.

Help Our Garden Grow
Looking for a hands-on way to support Stormwater Studios? Join our native plant and pollinator garden team. Working alongside garden designer Karen Murphy Rhu, volunteers help plant, water, weed, and maintain the garden while learning about native species and the essential role they play in sustaining pollinators and local ecosystems.
Whether you’re an experienced gardener or simply eager to learn, your efforts help create a thriving habitat that benefits both the environment and our community.
