Join us at Stormwater Studio for an enriching event hosted by The Creative Culture Art Expo. The day will begin with Mental Health Within in the Art and Creative Spaces, a panel discussion featuring industry professionals as well as mental health professionals who will lead the vital conversation and share their insights and experiences surrounding mental health in the creative and art spaces.
Dive into your creative side after our panel discussion by decorating your journal provided by the CCAE team, and choose a few journal prompts to begin your journaling journey!
The day will conclude with a breath-work and movement session led by expert Shanika Pichey to help guide you to inner peace and relaxation.
Come out and enjoy an excellent opportunity to connect with your community, learn healthy tips, and nurture your mental well-being in a supportive and creative environment.
