FRED w/ Leadership SC -see description

Leadership SC will visit Stormwater Studios on December 5 at about 1:45 pm for about 1 hour.   This is rescheduled from earlier in the year.

This will be a group of 55 people from around SC, all in the leadership class.   This is a day of touring Columbia, previous stop will be at Bull Street and they will leave Stormwater and go to the Columbia Canal Water Plant.

City staff will do 3 short presentations for the group, including my briefing about CDC.  It will be informal.   There will be no power points or special set-ups for the meeting.

Since we will have the group show hanging that day we will have a nice area for them to visit.   It will be nice if we can get a few artists to open their studios.
