Capturing Fall Color for All Ages

November 17 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Join us for the second installment of the Native Plants for Pollinators Series at Stormwater Studios! Capturing Fall Color for All Ages with Stormwater Gardener Karen Murphy will take place on Sunday, November 17, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Participants of all ages are invited to draw, paint, and photograph the vibrant fall colors in our Native Plant Garden. Karen will lead a guided tour of the grounds, sharing her knowledge of native plants, then encourage sketchers, painters, and photographers to capture the beauty of the season through their artwork.

Karen will provide water, pencils, and watercolor paints, and Stormwater will have chairs available to borrow. Participants are encouraged to bring additional art supplies such as sketch pads, watercolor paper, clipboards, easels, and any other materials they may need.

Stormwater Studios is located in the heart of the Congaree Vista District at 413 Pendleton Street, Columbia, SC, just behind One Eared Cow Glass and Lewis & Clark Studios. Come enjoy the natural beauty of the garden while exploring your creativity!

This event is free to attend, and donations to support our native plant garden are appreciated.
